Proof you can watch
Every other AI person pitches a chatbot off a video. This page runs the real thing.
The client report agent on page 05 runs a real model on a Google Analytics export while you watch. The export belongs to a made-up deck builder in Somerset County, because I don't have access to your clients' data yet, and the agent's page says so. The outbound agent on page 06 is designed but not built yet, and it's marked that way.
Backed by Powr, a product I built and run solo, and by the fact that a working engineer builds and runs this, not a white-label reseller passing your work to someone else.
Business snapshot
Where EXPRESEO stands today, and what changes when the agents take the reports and the prospecting.
| Metric | Current state | With the system |
|---|---|---|
| Intern time on client reports | ~10 hrs a week | Agent drafts, team checks |
| What that time costs | ~$690 a month | ~$550 of it back |
| Going out to find clients | Nothing running | Outbound every week |
| New-client meetings | Whoever finds you | 3 a month, guaranteed, from month 2 |
| What a client pays | $300 a month | Same, maybe plus a paid report |
| Growth path | Wait to be found | Go get them, with delivery time freed up |
You get clients ranked and get them calls and leads, and you told me you're good at sales. You picked up six new clients in the last three months without doing anything to go out and find them. That's a delivery team and a sales process that already work, running at about $20,000 a month with five to ten people.
Nobody is prospecting, so growth depends on who happens to find you. And every client you add puts another monthly report on an intern team that already spends about ten hours a week building them by hand.
Client report agent
LIVEYou told me your interns build the client reports by hand. They pull from Google Analytics and the Squarespace and Wix dashboards, and your clients want four things out of it: how many people came, where they came from, whether they were real local customers or bots, and whether any of it turned into business. It takes about 10 hours a week.
That's about 43 hours a month, and at $15.92 an hour it costs about $690 a month, or $8,300 a year. The bigger cost is that those hours don't go to delivery for the next client. No agent takes all of it back, and none should. Someone on your team still reads each report before it goes to a client.
The agent reads one month of a client's Google Analytics and writes the report: visits and how they compare to last month, where people came from, how much was real people in the client's towns versus data-center traffic and bots, which pages turned into calls and quote requests, and what you're doing about it next month. Before anyone sees it, code checks every figure against the data. If a number isn't in the source or a percentage doesn't recompute, the item gets flagged instead of going out.
Run it live at traffic-report.dev.archerscaling.ai
- About 35 intern hours a month come back for delivery, which is what lets the team take on more clients without hiring.
- The report your clients asked for, with real local customers separated from bots and a next step for the month.
- No made-up numbers. Every figure is traced to its source row, and anything that doesn't check out is flagged, not sent.
- It drafts, your team sends. Nothing reaches a client on its own, and checking the report stays with your people.
Outbound meeting agent
NEXTYou told me you're not doing anything to go out and find clients, and that what you want the time back for is taking the business to the next level. You're good at sales once someone is on the call. The gap is getting more of the right local businesses onto it.
Every month without outbound is a month of local businesses in your counties with a real problem you'd fix, who never hear from you. Prospecting by hand would come out of your own week, which is the time you said you want for growing the business. So it doesn't get done.
The agent finds local businesses in the trades and counties you choose, checks each one's website and Google listing for a real problem you'd fix, and opens the email with that problem. Replies that want to talk get booked onto your calendar. It sends from separate domains, never expreseo.com, and those take about two weeks to warm up, so sending starts in the second half of month 1.
- Three qualified meetings a month from month 2, with owners of local businesses you haven't worked with, or that month's fee is free.
- Every email opens with a problem we can prove from their own site or listing. If we can't prove it, it isn't in the email.
- Re-checked right before it sends, so nobody gets told about something they fixed yesterday.
- You run the sales call. I guarantee the meetings, not the revenue. Turning a meeting into a client is you in the room.
The underlying opportunity cost
Here is the whole calculation, so you can check the math instead of taking my word for it.
Time back
| Agent | Whose time | Hrs / mo | Rate | Value / mo |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Report building today | Interns | ~43 | $15.92 | $690 |
| 01 Client report agent | Interns | ~35 | $15.92 | $550 |
| Left with your people on purpose | Checking each report | ~8 | $15.92 | $140 |
New clients
| Qualified meetings a month, from month 2 | 3 (guaranteed) |
| Meetings that turn into a client | 1 in 3 |
| What a client pays you a month | $300 |
| New clients by the end of year one | about 11 |
| New monthly revenue at the end of year one | about $3,300 |
| New revenue collected in year one | about $16,500 |
| What this costs you in year one | $16,000 |
| New clients cover the monthly fee from | month 6 |
| Ahead of everything you've spent | month 12 |
Where the hourly rates come from
- Intern time, $15.92/hour. New Jersey's 2026 minimum wage. Interns may be paid less than that or nothing, so this is the most the hours could cost. I didn't price them at a marketing coordinator's wage, because interns do this work and the higher figure would flatter the saving.
- Year-one cost, $16,000. The $3,000 build, the $1,000 setup and twelve months at $1,000.
So the rate is grounded, the hours come from what you told me on our call, and the close rate is my placeholder. Your numbers replace them before we finalize scope.
Where the value compounds
The two agents feed each other. The report agent frees up delivery time, and outbound fills it. Without the first, every new client lands on a team already spending ten hours a week on reports. Then there's a third way the report pays: your clients may pay for it. At $300 a client, a small add-on across all of them moves more than new clients do. I don't know whether they would, and I'm not going to guess what you'd charge. For scale, the $1,000 a month is covered by 20 clients paying $50 more, or 40 paying $25.
Your complete AI system
Two agents in phase 1, built on your clients' Google Analytics and your calendar. Phase 1 is where I would start.
| Agent | What it solves | Phase |
|---|---|---|
| 01 Client report agent | Ten intern hours a week of copying numbers into reports | Phase 1 · live |
| 02 Outbound meeting agent | Nobody going out to find new clients | Phase 1 · next |
| The report as a paid add-on | Turns the report into something your clients pay for | Phase 2 · if they want it |
What you receive
- The phase 1 system, two agents built on your clients' Google Analytics and your calendar.
- Full build and integration, wired into the tools you already run.
- The sending setup: separate domains and mailboxes, the warmup, and the first list of local businesses in your trades and counties.
- No lock-in: no long contract and no exit fee, and your data, your accounts and everything the agents produce stay yours.
- 3 qualified meetings a month, starting in month 2, or that month's fee is free. Qualified means a business you haven't worked with, inside the trades and counties we agree at kickoff, with the owner or decision maker on the call. A no-show is replaced inside the same month. The floor is reviewed at 90 days against what actually happened, in both directions. It guarantees meetings, never revenue.
- If the automations we build don't save your team at least 25 hours/month within 60 days of deployment, we rebuild them at no cost until they do. Set at 25 against about 43, so there's room.
- Declined, by name: the $5,000 a month savings guarantee and the retainer guarantee. Neither has the payroll it's written against.
Next steps
What happens after this call, in order.
Today
You have this roadmap either way. If you want the build, we go from here.
Within a week
Kickoff: we agree the trades and counties outbound goes after, and connect your clients' Google Analytics.
30 days
The report agent is live, the domains are warm and sending has started. The three-meeting guarantee starts in month 2.
After 90 days
We review the meeting floor against what happened. Keep going or cancel, with no long contract and no exit fee.
What I still need from you
- Out of your sales calls, how many turn into a client, and how many clients you lose in a typical quarter.
- Roughly how many active clients you have, and whether $300 is the SEO retainer or an average across everything.
- Whether your clients would pay more for a report like this one.
- How long one report takes, and how long you spend checking them before they go out.
- Whether every client site has Google Analytics, or some only have Squarespace or Wix analytics.
- Which trades and towns outbound should go after, and how many new clients a month the team can take on.
